Big bee

This children craft allows decorating a bedroom or creating a personal small garden with flowers and bees.

Materiales

• A cork
• Scissors
• Paint
• Colored paper sheets
• Gel glue
• A paintbrush
• A wooden brochette

Pasos a seguir

Prink the brochette in the centre of the cork. Draw the wings, eyes and legs of the bee in colored paper. Cut out the wings, eyes, mouth and legs.

Paint the bee’s body and leave it to dry.

Glue the eyes, mouth and antennas in one of the end of the cork. Glue the wings in the top of the bee. Glue the legs under the bee.

Make paper flowers. Prink the bees and the flowers in a pot full of sand or rice. If you want, you can make a spring garden.

To plant the flowers you only have to make holes with the straw’s size. For the insects, make a hole in the body and prink a toothpick. Then, put the toothpick in the hole of a grass bush.
